Getting Started
I offer complimentary, 30-minute virtual consultations. Some clients with smaller spaces prefer the option to send photos, which we can reference via a 30-minute phone call. Once we identify your needs, I will outline a game plan that we both feel comfortable with, and we can start scheduling our sessions.
What Is the Process Like?
We’ll work together closely to find new homes for your belongings on day one. Remember, I’m there to help, not judge. Check out some before-and-after photos to get an idea of what it looks like and the time required for a specific area.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment. Fees must be paid in full or in the form of a 50% deposit of the total service amount, paid in advance to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the service.
Extra Time on the Day of the Service. If we mutually agree on the day of the service to extend work past the original estimated time for the service, we will adjust the total fee accordingly. Additional fees for extended work time must be paid, in addition to any remaining balance, on the day of the service.
Appointments. Your appointments are very important to Intelligent Organizing, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a late cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of your appointment may be subject to the loss of your deposit.
- No-Shows/Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be held liable for the scheduled session fee less the deposit paid.
