Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment. Fees must be paid in full or in the form of a 50% deposit of the total service amount, paid in advance to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the service.
Extra Time on the Day of the Service. If we mutually agree on the day of the service to extend work past the original estimated time for the service, we will adjust the total fee accordingly. Additional fees for extended work time must be paid in addition to any remaining balance, on the day of the service.
Appointments. Your appointments are very important to Intelligent Organizing, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a late cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of your appointment may be subject to the loss of your deposit.
- No-Shows/Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be held liable for the scheduled session fee less the deposit paid.
